Durable & Low-Maintenance Epoxy Flooring
Transform your industrial floors with high-performance epoxy systems — for safety, cleanliness, and longevity.
What Is Epoxy Flooring?
A multi-layer resin system (resin + hardener) applied over concrete to create a tough, seamless, chemical-resistant surface ideal for heavy-duty facilities like warehouses, manufacturing plants, and cold-storage areas.
Key Benefits for Industrial Facilities
- Durability & Strength – Withstands forklifts, heavy loads, and impacts, typically lasting 10–20+ years with minimal maintenance.
- Chemical & Stain Resistance – Protects concrete from spills, acids, and industrial fluids.
- Safety Enhancements – Slip-resistant options with aggregates and coatings, plus improved lighting from glossy finishes.
- Easy to Clean & Maintain – Smooth, sealed surface allows for quick sweeping and mopping; spot repairs are simple.
- Cost-Effective Over Time – Outperforms tile or sealed concrete in lifespan and total cost per square foot.

System Options
Standard Coatings (4–30 mils)
Thin, durable, easy to apply.
Mortar Systems (125–250+ mils)
Heavy-duty, thick floor build for extreme loads.
Slurry Systems (30–250 mils)
Ideal for high-density, last-in/first-out storage
Anti-Moisture Epoxy
Controls vapor emissions and prevents coating failures in damp concrete.
System Options
It begins with concrete prep – grinding or shot-blasting – to ensure proper adhesion. Then a primer, base coat, and topcoat are applied. Additives like grit or color flakes can enhance aesthetics or safety.
Maintenance & Longevity
Regular sweeping and gentle mopping are typically all that’s needed. Areas suffering heavy wear can be patched without full replacement. With proper care, the system can last two decades.
